  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of products within 15 days of the delivery date, provided the items are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. To be eligible for a return, you must have the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items purchased during sale events or with a discount code are final sale and are not eligible for return.

  1. How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us. Please ensure the returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  1. Return Shipping Charges

The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping charges unless the product received is incorrect or damaged. In such cases, Aadya Asri will cover the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  1. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item once your return is processed.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, such as innerwear, swimwear, and earrings. Custom-made items or items marked as “final sale” are also not eligible for return.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

We will provide a resolution promptly, either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
